Just got back from our vacation in Florida…WOW! We stayed at Kuzco’s Condo at the Windham Palms. This place exceeded our expectations. We knew this was a great place to stay once we drove up to the security gate… clean, courteous, and smiling staff. We were definitely impressed with the surroundings, very clean, manicured lawns, and well cared for buildings. Once we got inside we “plopped” down on the sofa and knew we had “arrived” this place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Family of 5 (parents, 2 kids and grandma) stayed at Silver Palm for a week-long trip to Disney parks. Anna was great to work with. Very responsive to our emails and questions. Booking was easy. The pictures shown on-line accurately depict the condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, had good mattresses/pillows, well stocked with towels, and everything was in good working order. Super Target and Publix supermarket 5 min away. Unit is within walking distance to clubhouse and pool. Close to Disney parks – about 15-20 min from condo to park parking lots. After a long day at the parks no waiting in line for a bus back to the Disney resorts. Jump in your car and you’ll be back at the condo in no time. It was great to eat breakfast and some dinners at the condo too. Super home base for a very busy week at Disney.

How are you?  Hope everyone is doing well.  Your family condo in Florida is awesome!  Our family was very impressed with your decor the very minute we stepped in.  While touring through your condo, we were even more amazed at how you decorated each room to our liking’s.  My parents loved the way how you have a big screen over the whole balcony.  They truly enjoyed the fresh air in a bug free environment.  Your location is great.  We would definitely like to use your condo again the next time we go back to Disney land.  Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

We have had the pleasure of staying at the Butterfly Palm condo for the past six months as Canadian "Snowbirds". This was our first stay at Windsor Palms Resort and we thoroughly enjoyed the complex and its convenient location to Disney, SR 192, I-4, and I-429. As former vacation rental owners, we are well aware that there are essentially two types of vacation rental properties. The first is "Investment Only". These properties are managed by vacation rental property management companies for a hands-off owner who makes the occasional trip to stay in the property, but is otherwise uninvolved.

The second type of vacation rental could be described as "Investment Plus". In these properties the owner takes a hands-on approach to the decorating, furnishing, rental, and management of their property. These types of properties provide a far superior rental experience for the vacationer. Butterfly and Silver Palm Condos are such properties, under Anna’s capable management. Having been in both units, you can be confident they are as beautiful as their website descriptions. These owner-managed properties reflect Anna’s excellent taste in interior design and we have enjoyed our time here so much that we will be coming back for our next six months in the Butterfly Palm condo. You can be assured of great vacation accommodations at either of Kuzco’s Condo’s from a first-class lady! Thank You, Anna!

We spent the month of February 2012 at Kuzco’s Condo in the resort of Windsor Palms. Truly enjoyed it. Everything was as we expected from seeing the pictures, it was well kept, very clean, and all worked at it should have, we even got the DVD to play, us not been electronically savvy. One major plus was dealing with Anna, the owner, who was very, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Lastly, the free telephone line to Canada, was a pleasant surprise to my wife, who took advantage of it, to keep in touch with family and friends back home. In ending, we sincerely recommend it to all.

Wow!I absolutely loved staying at the condo! The decor is beautiful and very welcoming, with lots of space to relax after a long day. While there, I spent a lot of time in the clubhouse, since it was so close by, and I have to comment on how friendly everyone was! There are a wide variety of things to do in and around the clubhouse, including: swimming, playing tennis, watching movies, or using any of the arcade games. It was so great to be able to spend a day at a Disney Park, then come home and lounge in the pool, or just stay in the condo and rest. I had so much fun visiting Disney, and staying in the condo made my trip absolutely perfect. Better by far than any hotel or resort!
