Our very roomy Coconut Condo was recently acquired in November 2018 where we have spiffed up the condo with new paint, new carpet, fixtures and granite countertops. We are thrilled with the completed renovations and are confident you’ll love it too!
A very spacious condo with 2 king sized beds, 2 twin beds and an ottoman that folds out into an extra bed.
The livingroom has a very large sectional sofa where the whole family can relax and watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV.
The dining table seats six.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.
This first floor condo is just over 1,400 sq ft and has a private screened-in patio area. It is a super short 2 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and parking is available immediately outside the condo.
